Psalm 103:2-3 and Jeremiah 17:14 are gentle reminders of God as healer. Sharing Matthew 11:28 can also comfort a weary heart, inviting the sick person to find rest in Jesus even while they wait for recovery.
Scripture shows God as a healer and encourages us to pray in faith (James 5:15). While He heals in His own way and timing, His deeper promise is that He is always present with us and that ultimate wholeness is secure in Him.
Psalm 34:18 and Psalm 147:3 speak directly to the brokenhearted, promising that God is near to those who hurt and that He personally binds up their wounds.
